128 GB Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Winter Edition announced

Samsung has once again offered another iteration of their more popular 2015 devices, this time, bringing a new model of the Note 5, the 128GB version which is only available in Korea at this time, (not to be confused with the Dual-SIM version that was exclusive to Asian regions.)

It’s not just the internal storage size that has increased here, it’s also offered in 2 flavors. That’s right, Samsung has introduced the Note 5 in the “Winter Edition” which is available to the public in both “Gold Platinum” and “Silver Titanium.”

So far, in terms of internals, nothing has really changed here, still the same Exynos 7420, 4GB RAM, 5.7 Inch Quad HD display, 16MP camera and 3000mAh battery, just the internal storage has doubled from the 64GB version.

The device as mentioned before will be a Korea exclusive for the time being, as this 128GB Note 5 variant will set you back almost 1 Million Korean Won (999,900) which translates to about $845.00 USD, which is still not cheap by any means, but you’re getting double the capacity of the 64GB model, which is a somewhat worthwhile trade-off.

This has launched just in time for the holidays, as Samsung’s own home country will also enjoy reduced prices on the earlier released models of the Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and smartwatches
